Share your insights on 111 and 999 NHS pathways.

NENC ICB are inviting Primary Care healthcare professionals to share their insights on NHS Pathways, the clinical decision support system used in all 111 and some 999 telephony services. NHS Pathways supports the remote assessment of callers through a series of questions and outcomes designed to guide appropriate care recommendations.

This survey aims to explore your understanding of NHS Pathways, identify any gaps in knowledge, and gather your thoughts on the timeframes recommended for patients to be seen by your Primary Care service.

The survey is anonymised and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. The deadline has been extended to Friday 17th January at 5pm.

NENC encourage Primary Care colleagues, such as GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Nurses, and Pharmacists, to complete the survey as your feedback will help strengthen mutual understanding and collaboration between NHS Pathways and Primary Care to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

CPNOT would like to encourage North of Tyne Pharmacists to complete the survey and thank you for your time and valuable input.
